Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, you can return the unused / unworn item, in the original packaging with all tags still attached within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us.

Due to health and hygiene, earrings can not be returned unless faulty and items which are commissioned are also not returnable.

Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited so please send your item back using an insured and tracked method. Please note that the delivery charge on your original order is non refundable.
