Shipping & Returns

UK orders can be sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 hour delivery for £5.95 or tracked 48 hour delivery for £3.95 you will have the choice of delivery at checkout.

European orders are dispatched using international tracked and signed for at a charge of £18.95.

The rest of the world is charged at £21.95 and is also sent using international tracked and signed for.  Please note that some bulky or heavy orders may incur extra shipping costs, you will be contacted prior to shipping. 

Some of our Textile items will be made to order so delivery times may be longer, we'll contact you with an estimated delivery time on made to order items. 

Collect or Return from our Shop & Studio

You can also collect or return you order at our shop & knitwear studio on Commercial Street, just chose collect from store at checkout. We're open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.50pm and occasional Sundays during the summer.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, you can return the unused / unworn item, in the original packaging with all tags still attached within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us.

Due to health and hygiene, earrings can not be returned unless faulty and items which are commissioned are also not returnable.

Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited so please send your item back using an insured and tracked method. Please note that the delivery charge on your original order is non refundable.
